I think Doctor Doom is more mainstream now so they wouldn’t have to say “Fantastic Four Villain X”. I think it’s very likely the Fantastic Four is the mini event pass for S4.

Something that they are entirely missing out on with having as large a map as they do is that they could do some optical illusion stuff with different landmarks and ruined buildings so that way when you look in a certain direction you see that character silhouette or something like that as opposed to it just being another statue or being a thing carved into something if that makes sense

I got a feeling they changed their mind about the fantastic four. They used their comic book cover for the roadmap. But with the new fantastic four movie coming out next year, I wouldn’t be surprised if they waited til then. But it would obviously make sense to have them come out someway or another this season as well. So guess we’ll just have to wait for leaks or updates
