1 - Hover wasn’t alone her whole life. She joined the pride Nothing was in, and was Nothings friends for half of the show (?)
2- Feather did not die, he was indeed alive at the very end, after the credits, feather is shown alive in episode ten.
3- StarMane did die protecting his cubs, but also was fighting for the territory, and the whole pride.

Nothings eye was not slashed off as a cub. She had an injured eye, but in the episodes, we can se her eye is still there. Also, feather didn't die, he was shown alive at the very end of episode 10. Starmane was trying to protect his cubs but he told them to find their mother so he can fight quickmane for his territory and the whole pride.
