At Cyber Sunday 2008, Batista faced Chris Jericho with Steve Austin as the ref. Austin got knocked down, Jericho hit Batista with the Codebreaker, Shawn Michaels came out and he had a slow count. Batista hit Jericho with the spear and JBL stopped the count. Randy Orton came out, attacked Austin, Jericho hit Batista with the title and he kicked out. Austin hit Randy with The Stunner and Batista hit Jericho with The Batista Bomb to win his fourth. At Extreme Rules 2009, Batista faced Randy. Batista hit Randy with The Batista Bomb to win his fifth. John Cena won the 2010 Elimination Chamber and Vince made him defend his title against Batista. Batista hit Cena with The Batista Bomb to win his sixth.

2007-2008 Batista was the best. I applaud the overall booking. It's a shame he was plagued with several injuries. I honestly believed if he didn't keep getting injured he would've had more world title reigns.
