I went to the Studio Ghibli TOTORO Play in London

I am so happy to have seen the My Neighbour Totoro theatre production in London. It was a collaboration between The Royal Shakespeare Company and Joe Hisaishi. And it was the most magical night of charm, art, music, and Studio Ghibli

For some reason I felt like tearing up when you explained how the production allowed for times of stillness, slowing down and enjoying the moment 🕊. I lived in Okinawa for a year and it was one of the best times of my life. Not because of flashy excitement but because I had time to enjoy the little things.. the sound of rain, the warmth of coffee on a chilly day, cityscapes with pockets of dense green nature, the beautiful colors of an Okinawa Sunset. We need reminders like this to slow down. Thanks for Sharing Jaime 🦋

Nice video ;) It was amazing production for sure. I got my ticket as soon as the ticket sale went live and I think it was one of the preview sessions so not many people knew about play yet. In any case, I thought it was amazing and worth to watch at least once for any Ghibli fan or even anime fan :D
