Hello sir can you please help me for trigonometry I am confused why do we need to add 360 or - 360 sometimes we do not add or subtract we just identified the quadrant for example if we get 30 degrees for sin we just looked at the quadrant 30, 180 - 30 but when it's negative it's contrary I hope u understand what I am trying to say

isnt 2cos(-30)-1 the same as 2cos(30)-1, i did it on the calculator and i got the same answer of root of 3 -1 for both
