🚴‍♀‍ If you are doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

I’ve been joining you on your rides 3 - 4 x/week for 3 years! What a blessing you are! This ride is about perfect for me. You get straight into a 3-4 minute low resistance warm up and a nice balance between the sprints at lower resistance levels and the heavier routines (just missing some freeze-n-holds) More of these 45 minute rides would be excellent! . . . Ive found the more recent 45 min rides are comprised of more and more time in the heavy resistance range, which is hard on my back issues. Thank you Kaleigh for all your hard work over the years!💕

I really love this workout so much!!!! I used to do spinning classes at the gym for years but now i can’t go to the gym anymore so we bought a bicycle for at home and this video and your enthusiasm makes me feel like i’m in the gym class again!

And i love the different types of music and also that you switch nicely between climbing and sprinting every song which makes me last the whole routine and getting a really good workout.

So encouraging, i’m definitely coming back for this one! Thank you so much

so I’ve kept up with Kaleigh for YEARS. I’m going through her older things while she spends time doing the most important job in the world with her new bébé. I thought this would be easy for sure… boy was I wrong. So for those old and new, her videos will always always always present a challenge. Thank you, Kaleigh… for everything- especially for blessing the world with a new little one.

Well KC. Been doing your 30 minute workouts for a few years now. For the past 6 months, gone up to 45 minutes. Found this old one and have to say, my sweat sweated! It starts off at a 5, such a false sense of ease. Great workout, thank you for your positive energy.

Managed to get my 45 and 46 of 50 done today. Starting with this 30 minutes high blast spin for breakfast, the. Head off for Christmas food shopping, then the 45 minute classic rhythm ride this afternoon for a late lunch of more team and team sprint. So close to finishing now I’m tempted to have dinner and a later supper of spinning too, but probably not a good idea. Still loving your work. Keep up the amazing motivational classes! 👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳
