This video covers how to downgrade 3DS from 11.2 (works on any 11.x version) to 9.2

You can use any entry point, soundhax is free and easy and works with everything, cubic ninja and oothax work just as good.

It's called safehax and it lets u downgrade to 2.1.0. from there we can install a9lh. EXTRANULLBYTE if you're reading this could u make a tutorial on how to use it? Thanks!
