Good for you on the case verdict in your favor! I hope they pay up sooner than later. A very long time ago (circa 1992) I once sued a company for approximately 500 hours of overtime pay they owed me. I won the case too mainly becuase I had a copy of all my time cards showing all the overtime hours. The company only brought in like 5 time cards for the year in question. Why? Because they only wanted to present the cards that showed 35-40 hour of work weeks. I, on the other hand, had alla copy of all 52 time cards for that year. The judge was pissed with them. Did I tell you how much they had to pay me? $4, 000. Anyway, glad you got justice on your side.
