Our past doesn't define us, and it's okay to talk about it. Do what you need to do to help you heal. You never know who's heart you'll touch or who you'll help. We are not alone with the dark stuff we've been through and with the things we still go through in recovery. Everything is going to be okay. We can get through it together.

Literally the entire reason I will never try hard drugs. I didn’t realize what it was really like and honestly thought it would be ok if I ended up doing it once 💀💀

Tomans used oil to wash! Baths were for recreation. They used olive oil, smeared it on, waited a few minutes, then used the flat edge like a butter knife to scrape it off.
Leaves skin super supple and actually cleared pores as face oil sticks to oil, so, yeah 👍 Smart hack ❤❤❤

We use to use pads to cover the air vents cuz it was either freezing cold or burning hot.

i’ve never been in jail, but chapstick on pimples is all i’ve ever known, no face skincare products have ever worked for me

Actually, you're on the right track with both. Vaseline is very good for fighting aging. You put a thin layer on at night before you go to bed and then you wash it off in the morning. My ex's mom is in her sixties and she looks like she's in her early fifties.

I used to make ear plugs from my pads. It was insanely loud all night.

You cut the wrapper into a small square, take out the inside cotton out of the pad and make a little ball, wrap the little square wrapper around the ball and voila! Jail ear plugs lol

They don't give you a lot and the stuff they do runs out so quickly if you use it a lot. Seems really crazy trying to make them last as long as possible.
