I like the concept of input and output - I've been saying the same thing. Also obviously hard to argue that social media allows business to grow much faster - I find YouTube is one of the best ways to grow online for realtors right now, but lots of agents are concerned about getting on video (understandably so). Interested to see the direction organic social media takes in real estate over the coming years.
