No low light comparison? Missed a very important part of any comparison... Plus, the Honor 10 should have been used without the Ai mod turned on...

I wonder why you didn't mention that you can turn the AI mode off on the Honor 10 and choose between the modified/unmodified pictures? Have you tested this feature?

When you shoot in AI (honor10) you do not lose anything - because the gallery has a toggle switch - which allows you to save both photo options, with Ai and without. Nevertheless, for the Internet and social networks - photos on honor10 with ON Ai - look much more attractive and vibrant visually, let's be honest. No one now needs a "real" life, everyone wants to embellish what they see. This is a complete fact, no one will argue with this, no one will want to load a photo with a dull color scheme in Instagram or FB - this is reality! You will anyway maxout "clarity" and "saturation"

I bought Honor 10 two weeks ago and I'm loving my Honor 10 so far. The camera on the Honor 10 is for me really outstanding but the AI sometimes messes up some photos (for example the AI tries to apply a bokeh effect on my dog and sometimes the effect turns out great but sometimes it failes so bad with the effect that I simply turn off AI on that photo). And also I find battery life on my Honor 10 to be really good (got 6h of screen on time once, but I frequently get around 5h) and the charging speed of the Honor 10 is on part with Dash Charge.

Well done! Good comparison for camera fans deciding between the two. I prefer the honor for everyday photos, but I like rich colors. The one plus has nice video, as I've noticed in others' video reviews. Would have liked to see a bit more video comparison, and especially how audio comes across in video recording. Reviewers tend to neglect that, for instance few if any commented on the crap audio on the Pixel 2, which nearly ruins the phone for me when shooting video. Anyway, thanks for this review.

Finally, a camera comparison that is actually useful! Honor 10 stands out, a bit sceptical on the portrait mode though. I would love to see how the Zenfone 5 performs as well, I am sure that would make me decide which of the three to purchase!

The portrait mode You use it when you want to take a photo with a face, not something else, you should use the aperture mode in the honor10

I definitely prefer the more lifelike looking photos from the OnePlus 6. The Honor 10's post-processing and oversaturation are just too harsh at times. However, I don't think it's quite fair to compare two phone cameras of which one has the AI activated whereas the other doesn't. The AI should be disabled to give a fair and reliable comparison as to the details, exposure, contrast, colour reproduction, etc. I still think the OnePlus 6 has overall a better camera although there were also a few photos which I liked a bit more on the Honor 10. And I definitely prefer to process/enhance the photos myself, so I wouldn't be using the AI anyway.
