I suffer from terrible migraines for 14 years too Sheaa! I swear, many don't understand how awful a migraine feels. Sorry to hear you get em too. Lots of water, sleep and tea are simple but helpful tips to help ease them, cause we both know they stay as long as they want and no cure as of yet, since its a chronic condition. Love the green eyes on you girl!
