Did you miss me last week?? It's been a busy month for me and I thank you for keeping me in your prayers. :) This song from Elevation Worship's new album is amazing! Sometimes we read the stories of the Bible and don't give it a second thought. However, if we take the time to put ourselves in the shoes of those who went through these trials, it becomes much more intimate. I love that the first verse of the song talks about the march around the walls of Jericho. As a soldier walking for 6 six days, you begin to wonder what's happening. You are just told to trust in God and trust that he will give the city of Jericho over to you, but you're tired, the sun has been glaring over you all day, and you're anxious for the fight. So many things to consider, but may we realize that God is surely faithful. Today, know that God is with you. Though it may not feel like it, his love for you is pouring out. Pray for the faith to simply trust in the Lord and that his plans for you are good.

I love this song. One of my favorite church, Gateway, performs it weekly. Keep praising the Lord with your gift. You definitely have the anointing from God in the realm of music. I know because my wife is a singer and has been leading worship in the church for over a decade now. When she gets on stage she isn't performing to people but to God. She worships even when she is just doing a performance song. I see the same thing with you. I don't see you as performing, instead I see you worshipping God. Keep praising him. Nice to know that you're Hmong too. I thought you were Korean.

Thank you for sharing with us your passion and your faith!! A few years ago when I was in 7th grade, my faith was slowly "fading" away because my church didn't really have classes for the youth, and since I had to sit in the chapel, I still didn't really understand the sermons. And up till now, I've been gathering up my courage to go and see different churches and to join their youth nights. And as I continued going, my faith became stronger. And listening to you play these worship songs, gives me hope for me to continue loving and worshipping God😊 Thank you for showing us your faith for God!!
