George and Johns Guitar Parts from Paperback Writer (Music Video)

After doing more research, it appears that it may have been McCartney who played the lead guitar on his Epiphone Casino.

There is some debate as to whether the rhythm guitar plays a G7 or G chord - In the music video it appears John switches back and forth from a G7 to a G - After really analyzing the mix, I believe he played only a G.

Can you do ‘Dear Prudence” with these instruments because George had the SG at the time and in September 5th 1968, George got the Les Paul from Clapton after WMGGW

I think all 3 Paul, George and John play guitars on Paperback writer. Paul plays the riff (Casino), George plays the fills (SG) and John plays the rhythm guitar (Casino)
