The freezer section is the bomb. I bypass the processed stuff, but the huge bags of organic fruits and vegetables, and the frozen wild caught fish is worth the trip!

The Vitamix is still superior. I bought mine more than 10 yrs ago and it’s still going strong, no sign of damage or wear and tear, it works just as well as when it was brand new…. I highly recommend making the investment.

I love Costco but I feel like my grocery budget gets busted too often when I go there. I’ll buy 5 items and somehow spent $200 😂.

I’ve got the exact washer/dryer…mine work excellent. I went from front loading to these and I love them! Never had a problem!!!

I find it so funny that you and another lady I follow buy 1 whole chicken at Costco. You both have somewhat large families. At such a great buy you should pick up 2 at a time. It's just my husband and I now, (empty nesters) and I always buy 2 when I buy them. Come home and strip all the meat off and freeze most and refrigerate the rest.

Boxwoods are one of my retirement hustles someday when I have some land. I used to landscape professionally and we trimmed twice a year (everyone does them in tight balls and gets blight- they should be made into clouds with lots of airflow) but we had TONS of clippings every Feb. My boss (and mentor 😢 RIP) gave me the idea because boxwoods grow from cuttings and people are buying TIME is why they are so expensive. For example, super wealthy customer in Al Gore’s neighborhood (no I never egged his house but we wanted to) had a boxwood at the front entrance get damaged and die. That means we were shopping for a pair of SUPER MATURE boxwoods. We FINALLY found some big enough and they charged us $900 for the pair. We charged the customer $1800 and the nursery gave the warranty. We also got paid to keep them hydrated and survive the transplant, but boxwoods have really shallow roots so it was easier than trees. That’s my boxwood rant to make side money plugging sticks in the ground, fertilize and trim twice a year. They grow much slower than other shrubs. I want to grow large and medium pairs and give my info to local nurseries. They’ll send me business hehe

The Siete grain free chips are what I love. The ingredients are good. We love Costco 😂

Costco is the best for buying my husband his stock up for his semi. He is gone for 2-4 weeks at a time and doesn’t eat out on the road. The tortilla chips and salsa carry him through. And those Mission soft tortillas are fabulous for him to take. For a snack he will wrap a pickle up in it and snack on the go. The huge cans of peanuts are the thing for him as well. (I saw them in the background as you were walking)

Dave’s never had a Costco rotisserie chicken?! Is he new to earth??? 😂 I would LOVE to see a video on creative recipes to use a rotisserie chicken. I always buy one & can only have enchiladas & chicken salad sandwiches so many times..

Azaleas in a pot in a warm conservatory or sunroom, or even just in front of a warm window, in warmer months they can be put out on a patio. Sorted.

Unfortunately, after watching Simple Environmentalist I don't believe Earth Breeze is plastic free. I decided to just use power in a box for laundry. And I honestly can't say that is plastic free.

The plants do go fast for sure. We are in San Antonio and they had hydrangeas the other day when I went in for milk. I grabbed one. It's gorgeous!!

I watch your videos to see the difference in prices, I live in Georgia.I’ve had my Vita Mix for 17 years, yes we use it, & it’s still going strong. Thanks for the video.

The Ninja is less expensive, but the Vitamix works much better. It's worth the extra money. I've had my Vitamix for 13 years and it still works great. I'm very frugal, in general, but, in the Ninja vs. Vitamix debate, I think that Vitamix is worth the extra money.

I bought a microwave popcorn popper and I love it. $2.12 for a 2lb bag of kernels and I’ve got popcorn for months! 🍿🍿😊

Stay away from any Samsung appliances. Seen way too many videos from repair people that say they are trash and hard to get parts.
