Speak Arabic. She will learn French and English at school. OR one parent speaks one language, the other parent speaks another language and the 3rd she will learn at school. With that approach she will start speaking a little later than normal but she will still learn all 3 if that is what you wish

Congratulations! I had a French mom and an English dad. I spoke more French as a small child, which is harder to learn and did primary and secondary school in French as well. Great base. I speak both fluently now, though more English than French.
