Random question! I have a client whose toddler has always screamed bloody murder in the car on the way home from daycare. 13 months old. If someone sits with him back there he’s fine. I heard tongue ties, reflux or issues like that can cause crying. Is there anything sensory wise it could be?

My toddler does often takes his shoes and socks off. And does like to touch watery things and is very fussy. He only wants to eat crunchy food. Any excises i can help with?
