1. Must be using youtube mobile app
2. Navigate to my channel’s homepage
3. Tap on “community” button
4. Tap “What’s on your mind?” text box near the top.
5. Select an image from bottom OR tap the image icon in the bottom left to access your photo albums.
6. Tap post
7. Done

If you don’t have access to these posting features yet, you should be getting access soon.
