Welcome to this exciting interview with Professor Dr. Dr. Andreas Maercker, conducted at the First Winter Congress. His talk was about Cultural Clinical Psychology: Its essentials and application to trauma sequelae.

As head of the department for Psychopathology and Clinical Intervention at the University of Zürich, he is a clinical psychologist, researcher and educator. His research fields include psychological trauma and PTSD, complicated grief (maladaptive bereavement) and adjustment disorders, clinical gerontopsychology, epidemiology, intervention research and cultural clinical psychology.
