Lemon Pound Cake | Lemon Buttermilk Pound Cake

This Lemon Pound Cake is infused with buttermilk to create a moist and tender crumb and infused with rich lemon flavor.

Pound Cake Ingredients:
3 c All-Purpose Flour
2 c Granulated Sugar
1 ½ c Unsalted Butter - room temperature
5 Large Eggs - room temperature
1 c buttermilk - room temperature
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
2 ½ teaspoon Lemon Emulsion or Extract

Pound Cake Icing:
1 c Powdered Sugar
¼ c Unsalted Butter - Melted or Softened
⅓ c Condensed Milk
2 tbsps Lemon Juice

It's a beautiful cake . You mentioned that the bottom of your bowl sometimes wasn't mixed. Did you know that there is a screw on the KitchenAid mixer that it just the depth of your mixer stem so that you can set how high or how low you want it
