How to Modify And How to Match Properties in AutoCAD

i import from a software drill holes that are circle with vertex i need the simple cercle, because i modify them in the layers to drill them on the cnc, but if i leave it like circle with vertex the cnc dosen t see the drill, if i make a circle over it and give him the same layer atributs the cnc sees the drill, the hole i need. how can i modify multiple from circle vertex to circle?

in object properties if i put curser on a line it will give me length of line but there is no units indicated beside it . So how to ad units prefix to object properties to know if it in mm or inch ?
