Larry, this "romp" through your CD collection is amazing. Quite a Sparks collection. Thank you for "whipping it out" (if you know what I mean) for all of us to see.

That's a mighty Sparks collection! Cool that you're so close to completing your Ween set.

I have a good Uriah Heep story to share. Back about 1972, I was checking out the record department at the huge Downtown Detroit Hudson's department store. These two older ladies, probably in their late '50s, were restocking the rock section. They were having a lot of fun with the various band names. Finally, one of them, mispronouncing Heep, exclaimed: "Look at this one, Uriah Hip" with extra emphasis on the word Hip. It sure gave me a chuckle.

Hi Larry ! Love The Undertones, even The Sin Of Pride. I remember when Remain In Light came out it was a school day ( Monday ) & the record store opened at 9 & school started at 9. At 9, I was at the record store ! Was tardy that day .. terrific traffic 😆 🤣. Velvets are faves 🍌.

I recently found a mint used CD copy of Sparks' Woofer in Tweeder's Clothing and was knocked out. The only other Sparks I had was an original vinyl of Kimono My House. What an adventurous band and looking for more of their releases. I love the Spirit box set It Shall Be. Very innovative band.

Brill! 👍. I listened to White Pepper and Quebec the other day, I really enjoyed them both. I'm definitely becoming a Ween fan! 👍xxx.

More classic rock Larry! I picked up Balls a while ago! Great choices! 👍

Like Profile, Rhino released a great double collection for NRBQ called Peek a Boo…and also like Sparks, they kept on making albums so it seems out of date now, but at the time was awesome.

Always good to see Steppenwolf and Spirit! I need to dig out Crime of the Century and play it.

My favourite album you showed this video was Quadrophenia.

Sparks has some really great album covers. ( I'll be ordering Propaganda; their humor cracks me up).

Supertramp for a time were huge here in Canada Larry, almost everyone I knew loved them and yes they were good but I wasn't a huge fan, they had great songs for sure but I couldn't get over their doinky piano sound on most of their recordings, to me if they had just used a more traditional keyboard sound they would have sounded better. I watched all the videos in the series! It was very inspiring for a CD collector like myself. A question - where are your Paul Weller albums? Did I miss something.

No Talk Talk albums. The band's music improved from album to album.
