Der Internationaler Volkskulturkreis e.V. veranstaltet in Zusammenarbeit mit dem chinesischen Jugendorchester das 10. Jugendkunstfestival in der Berliner Philharmonie und dem Französischen Dom. Der Verein organisiert verschiedene Kunstfestivals, Musikwettbewerbe, Meisterklassen, Orchester- und Chorgesänge. Es ist auch eine gemeinnützige Organisation, und fördert den kulturellen und völkerverbindenden Austausch.

The Association Internationaler Volkskulturkreis e.V., in collaboration with the Chinese Youth Orchestra, is hosting the 10th Youth Art Festival at the Berlin Philharmonic and the French Cathedral. The Association organizes various art festivals, music competitions, master classes, orchestral and choral activities. It is also a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural and ethnic exchange.
