Good memories on the carrera fishing off the coast of north miami beach florida. It turned out to a good lucky day fishing even tho it was late in the day. Also this video shows how i fillet the fish the next day that we ate for lunch. It's nice to relive the good memories on throw back thursday. We do catfish the same way here in Texas, we peel the skin off!!! You can buy a tool for peeling the skin!!! Like a pair of plyers!! At Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops or at a tackle store!!!
