if you have 1 rr you cant derank until 0 rr so its 3 shields basically

There's still a bug for Tejo that wasn't mentioned in the list, where sometimes the second missle isn't fired even if the player has placed a second marker.

I'm not positive how it works, but my best educated guess, it's after you place the first marker, and then immediately right-click to send them. The second one won't fire. Idk why Riot does these early releases.
