If I could do only one upper body workout every week then this would be my choice. Seriously, it's a killer workout and it targets all the major muscles in the upper body. Hope you guys enjoy it. Thank me tomorrow when you're feeling the soreness 😉💙 I was using 10kg dumbbells.

Waouh ! Doing one of your courses every mourning. This one is much intense and one of my favorite !
One suggestion : would you add a 10/15 minutes workout specifically for calves. I do not find any on your channel or with a very limited time during the legs workout.
