Just a general tip:
As someone who struggles so much with stress and anxiety, I strongly recommend not to multitask. Focus on one task at a time. Like don't check your phone while your having breakfast. Just focus on your breakfast. Focus on your peanut butter taste, your bread, your coffee. Just be in the moment. Then you'll see the magic😉
