Moral Turpitude - is defined as everything which is done contrary to justice, modesty, or good morals; an act of baseness, vileness, or depravity in the private and social duties which a man owes his fellowmen, or to society in general.

1. Why did Comelec favor a CONVICTED presidential aspirant instead of a GIFTED (see Presidential Proclamation No. 199, Series of 1999; the 1987 Philippine Constitution regarding gifted citizens; and other pertinent legal documents) presidential aspirant? That’s moral turpitude.

2. Why did Comelec send “MOTU PROPRIO FROM COMELEC” (which is an invalid document) to a GIFTED PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT? That’s moral turpitude.


To sum it up, I am wondering why Comelec is not responsible enough to admit their own mistakes and fix the messes that THEY made?

Filipinos (and I as a GIFTED presidential aspirant) don’t deserve to suffer for their (some Comelec officers and some Filipinos) irresponsible actions. So, here’s my solution to all of these issues:
Supreme Court Associate Justice #MarvicLeonen, #OfficeOfTheOmbudsmanPhilippines, and #CommissionOnHumanRights, please investigate all government: officials, employees, offices, or agencies regarding acts of omission on human rights (especially gifted citizens’ human rights) and take appropriate actions in accordance with the law (see my Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter accounts for pertinent information)...
Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng mga tumutulong para sa mga tao at sa Pilipinas. 😊
