Nick struggles to debate winsomely. Not that Colin is always likable there either, but as Nick grows into this backup role for Colin, this is one of those skillsets he'll have to work on.

If he played any other position I'd say he needs to stay in College for 3yrs and pick up a few more things but at RB once you got it you've got it and the risk of injury at that position is far greater and much more detrimental

if he doesn't play football it means he has more free time and with more free time that will lead to off field issues which would kill his draft stock more than anything else

Nick Wright is a fool. The rule is set in stone, theres nothing anyone can do about it. So Fournette should sit out from August until April? thats almost 9 months of non contact football, plus as fickle as the sports fanbase, media and scouting services, his stock would dramatically plummet. He would have a better chance of risking it all playing in the euroleages or the CFL than to sit out almost 9 months, ans if it was about being paid. Barett was only putting things in perspective of a situation neither he nor Fournette can change.
