UPDATE FOR MARKARTH:
Almost all mechanics and skills mentioned in this video remain exactly the same. The differences are that I now run acuity + shadow (though war maiden still works just as fine) and shimmering frenzy doesn't take you out of cloak anymore, so you can cast it whenever you want.
