Another angle of this is that Elon expects Tesla to fall to $130 since that is when he would be margin called.

Most probably Elon had made a deal with the original investors that if the XAI valuations reaches a certain figure (70 Billions ?) the XAI must buyout the X with certain conditions to cover the Elon’s debt.
