I have no clue what this video is showing us. You had values of 8.3, 11, 78, 85, 74, 96, and finally 76. Somehow, the 76 was the "exception". Exactly how?

The MESR-100 seemed to be just as good for testing, and it’s not some crude exposed PCB with a screen. Good luck trying to test in circuit capacitors and smd capacitors with that machine pin socket try attaching leads to the device and testing to see if you get the same reading.
