Hello! 🙂 I from Russia, unfortunately my country turn in 4-th Reich 😔
But, in 90’s here be absolutely different and very positive time, here be absolutely different country with different people. In that time no be crazy “vatniks” whom love USSR and hate everyone.
And in 90’s appeared new world of TV video games. And I be happy because parents buy to my birthday SNES, I be so happy played in Donkey Kong and other excellent games. And I remember how one of friends told me what legendary Doom released on SNES and soon cartridges will appear in “Dendy video games shop”. And in day when this happened I and my Dad come and bought this US (NTSC) cartridge (it very uncommon, because in Europe be only Pal games, with different form factor) and we bought this game with NTSC-Pal converter. And a coup of month we walk in this game and complete it on all levels. Perfect game! 👍P.S. it be very good port. In school kids with PC at home copy this version of Doom, they connected SNES via ext port to PC and somehow copy game. I not had PC, and now I think they copy this game because they have weak PC and not be able to launch PC version of Doom.

What if I told you that Limited Run Games, Bethesda, and id Software were planning to make a new port of Doom for the SNES, and maybe even the NSFC (Super Famicom) as well? No, this is not a joke, and it was mentioned at QuakeCon this year (2024).

It might be the worst Doom port. But at least it doesn't have the Jaguar levels. Just pc. And that's also impressive.

Yes...its the worst port of the game, at least the Saturn and 3DO versions have decent controls, and you can see what you are doing in them

Yes but that's if you like tank controls I mean that's how it controls in all it's basically tank controls you should get a mouse the snes mouse
