All hail Tretinoid!! 🎉 I’m almost 30 & I still have acne, I can feel the bumps under my skin under my cheekbones & my jaw. Tretinoid is the only thing that seems to help. Doesn’t help that I’m addicted to picking my skin (it calms me down for some reason). Do you have patients that do the same? Are there any tips/alternatives? Distraction/sensory activities aren’t enough, I can’t stop. It’s particularly hard to resist picking when my acne is flared up ☹️😞

Forget Retinol all together. Use Tamanu oil everyone. I'm 46 and still get carded for cigarettes. And it matters where you seek the Tamanu oil
