You Have to need two Apk
1.Pydroid3
2. Python Repository Plugin

1. After installing this two APK. Go to Pydroid and open Pip then type jupyter notebook.
2 . After finishing process 1 go to terminal and type pip install jupyter notebook
3. Then create a Folder with command mkdir PythonProgramming then go to that folder with command cd PythonProgramming
4 . Then to Launch Jupyter Notebook you have to give command jupyter notebook then the jupyter notebook will open in your default browser.
