Trump indicted in Georgia

A Georgia grand jury has indicted Donald Trump and 18 attorneys and allies for an alleged scheme to overturn the state's 2020 election results, implicating the former president as the head of a sweeping conspiracy.

At least 13 of the 41 charges dropped yesterday are related to an alleged plot by the Trump campaign to send a competing slate to the Electoral College in December 2020.

Instead of having evidence of a crime, then investigating to prove that crime, they have a theory, declare a crime based on the theories in order to do a protracted investigation hoping to find evidence in order to prove the theory.
