I definitely think he needs more time (as an arsenal fan). The culture at united is shocking and they need another few seasons to get rid of the dead wood in the team. That being said most of his signings have been based on the fact that they used to play for ajax or that they are Dutch. Ajax isn’t a top European team and Netherlands isn’t a top international team so what makes him think these players can compete in the best league in the world

Totally agree. He is a total disciplinarian. He wants every rule adhered to and believes this will manifest in results. He has no time for mavericks. He is not a man manager like Klopp. None of his signings can be considered a success now. The money he has spent is crazy. He has zero excuses and has not improved them being brutally honest. I know last season they finished good on the table but the performances were shocking at times. Realistically should have 5 losses this season. Wolves battered them and Forest were 2 up. Also its not even remotely obvious what there best team is.
