Gardening: Protecting Plants Part 1, Cold Frames

I show our cold frame, an easy to build cold weather protector. In the video I called the walls cardboard; they are, of course, plywood. You can see how well romaine lettuce and spinach grow in the frame in spite of low nighttime temperatures.
