In an audit 98% of private student loan servicers could not prove proper chain of title. No origination, no original signature, no debt validation letter while maintaining an average of 800k accounts. I sued my student loan servicer for lack of chain of title and successfully discharged my debt because of this. They also never show up to court because that would eat up way too much of their profits skimming the interest so typically they just never show up and you win by default.

As a South Carolina resident they should take that 1.8 billion and either pay for people's rents and mortgage for a month, or build more roads to help the infrastructure and traffic congestion due to people moving down here.

The amount of people that bring the creatures, STILL ALIVE, that bite them into the ER is INSANE. I've witnessed 2 black widows (2 separate times) escape their Tupperware after patients open the containers like its a bowl of leftover spaghetti. 😳

Live in sc. Many of us are wondering if it's some of the educational lottery money that could have kept more local schools open. In the last 5 years at least 2 elementary schools have closed in small communities, the kids were split and sent to other elementary schools based on proximity. This makes it harder on the bus drivers and parents who have to get up earlier and travel farther.

Yeah, the homeowner that found that house built on her lot also is getting sued by the people who paid for the house to be built because they want the land the house is sitting on now too to become theirs and said oh, she can have there a lot, they have already but the issue here is she. Bought the lot specifically because of the view it has I believe and she doesn't want to give up that lot and also wants the house. That's on it to be moved or demolished. So she can build her own dream house. She is being sued by not only the people who paid for the house to be built by the builder itself. Because obviously the builder doesn't want to have to build a second house for free.
