i hate ADHD

I was kind of nervous posting this one because I know some people are really touchy about this subject, but I loved the song too much to NOT post it. 💖

As someone who has always struggled with ADHD (yes, I have been diagnosed 😂), I often get really upset with myself for not being able to gather my thoughts as well as I feel like I am supposed to. I’m constantly forgetting things, over-sharing, talking way too much, getting emotional over the most meaningless things, and fidgeting all the time. I wanted to create a song that would allow me to embrace the way my brain is wired and actually laugh about it a little 💛

This song is meant to be lighthearted and relatable. I’m sure that lots of people, even people without ADHD, can relate to some of these things, and I hope that this song will make you smile 😊

I feel this!! But you’ll find your people and your way, and it’ll get better. Find ways to meet other neurodivergent people and holy shit is it so much easier than talking to neurotypicals. None of my close friends are NT, and it’s so nice to not have to explain why I do this thing or that 🥰
