Actually, $1800 for a lifetime supply of boxers doesn't sound so bad.

It be a good history to tell to the custom agent explaining why I have 2000 Ralph Lauren underwear in my baggage

My uncle used to work at a factory in Romania making clothes for Armani. They basically make the entire garments in Romania....then they get shipped to Italy where they sew the button on and the label and suddenly it's "Made in Italy".

Respect for the transparency and honesty, looks like it’ll be a good investment to go buy 1000 or 2 to resell haha

The mark up is insane. I'm buying clothing from China from now

Like how genuine those business people are, not a shade of shadiness all upfront about their business and honest.

Fashion is a straight up scam. The markup is obscene for a few letters and a logo on the fabric.

For those wondering, don’t buy clothes in the U.S. it gets marked up 1000%. Buy the overseas version.

$5 in china because its already in China. We got to ship it or fly it over, then distribute to wearhouse, then deliver to stores. Lots if hands, lots of fuel, lots of wages, plus they want to cover damages, lose, profit, and cost of business. Mark up is a minimum of 400%

Men's Armani suit suit, on the peg in a London showroom/boutique, £1, 800 in 1988, I saw the invoice from the wholesaler £18:00. FACT I saw it myself. We were working there overnight fitting new lighting in the showrooms.

Ten years ago, I was visiting Indonesia and bought a dozen Ralph Lauren Polo shirts for 4.00$ a piece. In those days the same polo shirt cost 80.00$ plus in a US mall or department store.

So I worked for a mid and high end retail store some time back. They bought the polo mesh shirts for $3 or $5 a pc if I remember correctly. Which sells for over $100. A lot of people don’t realize how cheap clothing is to make

I bought some Jack & Jones underwear that barely lasted me a month. And the underwear that has lasted me the longest was no brand bought in a Tesco in Thailand

MOQ is nonsense. That shit can always be made in less quantity, it just takes negotiation. Don’t let greedy factory owners push you around on prices if you have a clothing brand.

Damn I be getting ripped off on my Calvin Klein briefs

People out here being surprised that the $100 clothing items they buy cost less than a dollar to make
