I opened my eyes and felt a cold sweat on my forehead. It was not over. I looked at my hand and saw the familiar sight of a gaping hole in my palm. Something moved inside the hole, and a new hand emerged from it. The new hand had another hole in its palm, and another hand came out of it, and so on. I tried to scream, but no sound came out.
