What Ezra is really afraid of in this scene is learning the truth of what happened to his parents, afraid of what the outcome may be.

When you have many questions that you hope to find answers too, you can sometimes become too afraid to learn them. He's been hurt for so long and isn't so sure he wants to be hurt again.

It's about learning how to let go, like how some fans can't let go of Clone Wars, and it's preventing them from being able to enjoy and appreciate something new.

My guesses for his fears are:
- The Dark Side.
- Death. He's afraid of not just them killing him, he's afraid of being killed overall.
- He's afraid that if he uses the Force, he might hurt the one family he finally has.

All of those are just guesses. Awesome clip either way!

Ezra is afraid of The Dark Side which he totally taps into in this episode. Also, did you hear the part in the last episode where the Rodian says Ezra's name and a second name ? It sounds like "Nira Bridger ?"

Ezra wouldn't bother me too much if he didn't use that damn slingshot thing. Why couldn't they have just given him a blaster instead?

Imagine if you worked hard for 4 years and you were making more money than you ever did and a group of people just shut you down and said to start over again with new animation and a new show for their channel. that's what happened to the crew of star wars the clone wars... they worked hard and by the time it reached season 2 they were well on the way with star wars like we have never seen it before. its hard for them to work hard again after what happened to them. they don't want to say anything obviously but you can tell if they really wanted to they would continue clone wars they would but they were forced to let the series go. even Dave filoni said they were planning to make it all the way just before episode 3. Its pretty bad what disney did when you think about it. Ezra better be the next starkiller after his training XD
