@Heidi when your hauling it around in bags while still shopping is when I would need grandchildren tagging along or nieces & nephews-people who are younger than us to do the heavy work. Great finds by the way, I loved the bottles/scarves/mats/pictures as well. Lately I've been making homemade fruit syrups and buying new bottles plus shipping has gotten quite pricey. I'm currently using canning jars. You've given me an incentive to seek out the old/used ones with heavier glass and much more presentable in shapes/colors for special condiments or tinctures. Yard sales are usually full of old bottles, corks can serve as lids. Vintage display of glass with a "vintage" way of having syrup (homemade) the old fashion way would make the product that much sweeter. Heidi, your Aunt Betty always told me an elephant with his/her trunk up was a sign of good luck, and to display it facing West. Personally I thought west was said as it is the direction they would travel to find their original homelands. Have a great week

Hi new here! I had a sister who made a fish aquarium / lamp out of one of those glass jugs. It was beautiful. She found a red velvet lamp shade for it. She was quite the artist.

Hi Heidi, someone really needs to invent a personal air conditioner for summertime treasure hunters 😂!!! I was out Saturday shopping a town street festival and included lots of vintage and it wore me out😊. You were digging and I was just looking and browsing, it was soooo hot that most of the time I was miserable 😮.
