PG&E doing a massive exhale that they didn’t cause this one.

Arsonist, prison for life with limited food.

Couldn’t possibly be related to forest mismanagement…

It’s not a “wild” fire if it’s set by a human on purpose

I can’t even imagine losing my home in the Camp Fire and then losing my home AGAIN in this fire. That is absolutely agonizing! I’m sending kind thoughts to that family, and everyone who has been impacted by this. 💔

Heard this guy was in prison twice and released

I was just up in Forest ranch a few days ago looking at some investment property but the narrow, and in some cases one lane roads made me a little bit too uncomfortable knowing that if there was a wildfire it would be very difficult to get out.

Sees 30 foot flames... "hundreds of feet tall flames!!"

PG&E is happy they are not blamed.

Who else wants to see Newsom gone, out of office, recalled and imprisoned?

The greatest investment is a OVM statue that’s been blessed by a true Catholic priest !

Remeber when they usedto manage forest fires? I guess that's too expensive these days.
drewthompson
California needs to learn how to manage their Forests. Common sense. But first you must elect common sense Representatives.

We moved from N, Ca 3 yrs ago due to extreme fire. When we left, there was 2" of ash on our truck. There was no sun, it was just a tiny orange dot in the sky. Now its happening again. We lived in Chico for a couple of years, then moved to Oroville.,

The People’s Republic of California won’t allow forest management.
What do you expect? Unmanaged forest land is prime wild fire land.
California’s have the Government they deserve.

To all those people here in the comment section who are blaming the spread of this fire on forest mismanagement you clearly are not familiar with the region: This fire was started in an area of Upper Bidwell Park. This is a beautiful, area with low hills and ravines, a creek/river runs through it and there are scrub oaks. Tree coverage in that area is not very dense but grass is. California just experienced and still experiences weeks of above 100 degree weather so the grass is really dry. If there is even just a little wind, the fire will spread rapidly, eventually possibly burning into the foothills.
Shame on all of you who are spewing hatred toward California and Californians. Some regions in America experience tornados, floods, hurricanes, deep freezes etc. There is no such thing as a safe place. Show some compassion for your fellow human beings please.

We know who caused the spark but who caused the fuel and who caused the wind? A lawsuit could be brought against the Sierra Club for stopping fuel reduction projects.
