In the fall of 2009, after three years of hosting All in a Day, Adrian made the decision to leave the popular radio show in order to join the CBC Ottawa television news team and become co-host (along side Lucy van Oldenbarneveld) of CBC News Ottawa.

Here Adrian shares his experience making the leap from radio to television.

Adrian looked after me several times as a kid, and he was so great! Some of my favourite memories are with him.. He's still just as inspiring to me now. Proud of you man!
