Hmm it depends on which you are comfortable.

Some say its easy to play with Shoes yes because of the shoes weight its easy to do some techniques and helps with the foots speed :)

But either way Dude it could be with or without shoes its just the "practice" ^_^.

I play drums with my Flip Flops at my house :P

I use the swivel technique. It's easiest for me :)
