YouTube is super effective, but it does take a lot of time. Although possible to outsource marketing efforts to an agency, some element of founder led sales is a key ingredient to lasting success.

I think people need to understand when you try to market your business what kind of clients do you want? Sometime that marketing company market to get the numbers so they can brag to other clients they have, and they don't have the best interest in the clients you want.
