Ferdy this has been the best and most amazing Video Tutorial I've ever seen compared with other YouTube videos. I would love to know more about, for example, How long does the shipping take to arrive at the customer's address? Also, what kind of system do you recommend keeping the customer updated about their shipping process because some customers feel comfortable tracking their shipping. What type of data do you handle to keep all the customers' orders and addresses? How do you know when the customer truly receives the products also what do you do when the customer complains that did not receive any products.
