The program is fraught with human errors or mech. Until they apply better QC on the process, finding crews will be a tough gig.

Hard landing should be with 1 parachute, with 2 parachutes should be regular Tuesday. 3rd parachute should be decoration. It just shows that capsule has no margin for errors! And it's safety is questionable!!! 😮

At that height you only get to see a tiny fraction of the Earth.

They've made the same mistake the first Apollo spacecraft had that cost the lives of the astronauts inside. The door opens to the inside of the capsule. When pressurized for flight if they had an emergency and had to open the door they wouldn't be able to open it.
